  • How long does it take for my custom product to be made?

    Timings vary with custom made-to-order products as the firing times will change during the busy periods.

    For Christmas ordering, it can take up to 6 weeks to throw, trim, paint, glaze and fire.

  • How do I care for my products and is it microwave safe?

    Because the products are handmade and fired in the kiln, we do recommend not putting them in the dishwasher and hand washing.

    However, if you like to live on the wild side, you can put it in the top shelf of your dishwasher, but please note that it can crack if you choose this option.

    Our products are not recommended for use in a microwave. The multi-layered glazes create heat-shock risks in a microwave.

  • What if my products break during shipping?

    If parcels are received damaged or damage is suspected, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make contact with the carrier. We’ll either refund you or replace these items free of charge.

  • Can I return or exchange my product?

    We will only accept returned items if your pottery arrives damaged or is defective (unless stated as seconds). We are unable to exchange pieces or accept returns in other circumstances, therefore please make your selections carefully as purchases are deemed final.

  • Do you have a physical store?

    We are an online store only, but offer pick-up from Mount Eden, Auckland, New Zealand.

  • Do you sell gift vouchers?

    Not at the moment, but we are working on getting this up very soon.
